Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is in unworn and good condition. Once your return is approved, a return label will be sent to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For customers outside the United States, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse in the UAE to qualify for a full refund.

For customers within the US, follow these steps to submit a return request:

  1. Click on the profile icon in the store's navigation menu or use the provided link.

  2. Log in to your account:

    1. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue."

    2. Check your email for a message from our store and locate the six-digit verification code.

  3. Return to the online store and enter the verification code.

  4. Select the order for which you want to initiate the return. If your order includes multiple items, choose the specific items you wish to return.

  5. Indicate a reason for the return and include any additional notes for the store.

  6. Click "Submit request."

If your request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is received, a refund will be issued, less the cost of the return shipping label.

Customers outside the US:
To determine the location of the nearest warehouse, please reach out to us. Once you provide proof of shipment, we will issue a full refund for your order.

Refunds
Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items, or if a return has been approved.
If your item was damaged upon arrival or did not meet expectations, please contact us within one week of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos clearly showing the issue as well as the full item. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve issues with damaged or defective items without proper photos.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, you may return an unworn item within 30 days for a refund (minus the return shipping fee) and place a new order in a different size or color. For details on how to request a return, refer to the instructions above.
If you are unsure about sizing, please consult the sizing charts available in the product description for each item.

In rare cases where an item has been mislabeled, please notify us within one week of receiving your order. Provide your order number along with photos of the mislabeled item, and we will either send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Returns and Refunds for Other Items
